These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the vlptak platform and all its services. By creating an account on vlptak or using this platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Withdrawals cannot be made before the bonus wagering requirement is met.

5.3 VIP Program

The vlptak VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play, and each tier earns a weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

6.1 General Gaming Policy

• The outcome of all games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a connection is lost during a game, our system will automatically determine the result.
• In the event of a technical error, any bet or payout may be considered void.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, the server log will be considered final evidence.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. vlptak reserves the right to change betting limits for any user.

6.3 Sports Betting

Separate rules apply for betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20, ICC), football and other sports. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to the betting rules.

vlptak reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Voluntary closure at the user's own request.
• Due to prolonged inactivity.

8.1 Voluntary Closure by User

You can request to close your account at any time via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance.

8.2 Appeal Against Suspension

Users may appeal against a decision to suspend or close their account by emailing [email protected]. Our team will review the appeal within a reasonable timeframe.
